Corporate Social Responsibility Giving back to the communities where we operate is important to us. Our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives aim to support the social development of local communities and create a positive impact in partnership with non-profit organizations and institutions. Our Key SDG Targets: SDGs: (click on each to learn more) EVP - Employee Volunteering Program The Fidelity Employee Volunteering Program (EVP) was officially launched on May 2023. This is a structured initiative to encourage and support all employees to engage in volunteering activities for the benefit of the community. The EVP is open to ALL STAFF and would provide employees with opportunities to dedicate their time, skills, and resources to support social, environmental, and humanitarian causes. The EVP will give our bank the ability to make a sustained and significant impact on the communities we serve, as efforts would have a strategic focus. Orange Impact The orange Impact Initiative will ensure that beneficiary schools around thecountry receive support in various forms: such as construction of classroom blocks, refurbishment work and provision of teaching and learning materials, depending on the peculiar need of each school.
