Fidelity Online (web, mobile) provides an end-to-end electronic platform with single access for transaction initiation and reporting. 

Fidelity Online Access provides an alternate channel to integrate into clients’ in-house system (e.g. SAP, SAGE, ORACLE, and SUN). 

This offers clients the ease of banking directly from their in-house systems.

• Account Activity - Allows the user to view and download account statements.
• Account Details - Provides the option to view important details of a selected account.
• Loan Schedule - Allows the user to view individual loan parameters. This is similar to the amortization schedule prepared for every loan.
• Loan Repayment Inquiry - Allows the user to inquire and view the loan repayment details along with the outstanding balance for loan accounts.
• MT 940 – Allows for multi-bank reporting

• Internal Account Transfer – For transfer of funds within Fidelity Bank.
• ACH Payments – Preferred option for high volume transactions to any bank in Ghana.
• GIS Payments – Enables high-value transactions to any bank in Ghana via SWIFT.
• SWIFT International – Allows transfer of funds globally, i.e., transfer of funds to any bank across the globe.
• Bulk Payments – Allows the initiation of bulk transactions using excel, txt, etc. For example payroll, bulk vendor payments, etc.
• Utility & SSNIT payments – Allows for initiation of ECG, DSTV, TV License & SSNIT payments.
