The largest private indigenous bank, Fidelity Bank has launched a new Savings Promotion

to reward loyal and potential customers nationwide. The “Save for Gold promo” which will span a period of 6 months, will reward lucky customers with gold bars and coins worth over 500,000 Ghana Cedis.

Speaking at the launch, the Managing Director of Fidelity Bank, Mr Edward Effah, reiterated that, Fidelity bank is committed to promoting a savings culture among Ghanaians as the Bank believes that this is critical for a comfortable life style. “Every year, Fidelity Bank creates an exciting platform for its loyal and potential customers to save towards a set goal and at the same time win great prizes, ranging from the Fidelity Go for Gold promo, Reach for Gold promo, and Big Fat zero Promo, to the Save for Gold Promo,” he said.

He added that the bank is proud of its achievement within 9 years of establishment, ‘We have grown to become the 6th largest bank in terms of deposit with almost 80 branches nationwide and 110 ATM’s. We are grateful to our over seven hundred thousand customers for helping as attain this feat”

On his part, Mr. Jim Baiden, Deputy Managing Director of Fidelity Bank emphasized that, “Fidelity Bank over the past years has employed creative means to reward customers who remain committed to their relationship with the bank.”  He added that the Bank’s consistent growth will continue to translate into bigger opportunities for all customers.

Explaining how existing and potential customers can participate in the promo, Mr. Baiden said “customers of Fidelity Bank can enter the promo by maintaining a balance of 300 Ghana Cedis or multiples of it in their account for a minimum of one month. Non-customers of Fidelity Bank can also open accounts with Fidelity Bank, deposit and maintain a minimum balance of 300 Cedis or multiples of it in their account for the same period. Customers can qualify for the grand draw by maintaining the minimum balance for the 6 month promotion period”.

In the Grand Draw, the ultimate winner will be given a 1kg 24carat Gold bar, second prize is a 500 grams gold bar, third prize is a 250 grams gold bar and 120 gold coins will also be won during the 5 monthly draws.

The Fidelity Bank “Save for Gold Promo” is in partnership with the National Lotteries Authority under the Caritas platform.

Mr Ekow Inkoom, the Head of Business Promotion, NLA, said the Authority was proud to partner the Bank in its activities to show love to its customers.
