The mission of Fidelity Bank Treasury is to become the Treasury of choice in Ghana by offering innovative products and services to our customers that will improve the net worth of their businesses.

To achieve this, the Treasury department is structured to include a Product Development Unit that develops products based on the anticipated needs of customers. In addition, there is a Marketing unit that goes out to meet and interacts with customers to provide them with products and services tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer.

The dealing desk in the Treasury manages the relationship between the bank and other financial institutions and executes contracts agreed between the marketing staff and customers. Recognizing the need for efficient customer service, the hall mark of Fidelity Bank Treasury, a Treasury Processing Unit exists to handle Treasury transactions only.

Another Treasury function is the management of market and liquidity risk to ensure that customers enter into transactions with minimum market risk to themselves as well as the bank.
