Fidelity Financial Inclusion’s Mobile Banking unit was established to transform the payments landscape in Ghana, by leveraging technology-based channels, primarily mobile and point of sale terminals (POS). We provide back-end support to push innovative, convenient, tailor-made digital financial payments solutions for a wide range of customers, from the already banked to the unbanked.
We currently service MTN mobile money and airtel money. Aside setting up and managing mobile money merchants and customers under our bin, we have developed and run various value add services including utility bill payment, domestic and international money transfer, airtime top-up, school fees payment, bulk payments, online payments, ticketing (transport, airline and municipal) and collection suites. Bill Pay & Other Solutions
We build convenient bill pay solutions, offered on mobile or POS devices, for corporate and commercial entities. Amongst others, we currently facilitate DSTV, ECG, school fees and insurance premium payments and are looking to expand our portfolio.
