HOME PURCHASE MORTGAGE (HPM)
Home Purchase Mortgage is a product provided by Fidelity Bank to assist individuals and companies to purchase residential properties for their own use, rental or the use of their employees or for other purposes. This program is not limited to first-time buyers only.

HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE (HEM)
This product is designed to enable borrowers who may have already invested in their residential properties to release the equity investments in those properties to improve their liquidity position. The target group for this product is existing homeowners or companies who have properties that are either fully paid for or still being financed.

HOME COMPLETION MORTGAGE (HCM)
This product is designed to assist borrowers with financing to complete the construction of their homes. These houses could have been started with the borrower’s own resources or through financing from their employers, bankers or another mortgage company.

HOME IMPROVEMENT MORTGAGE (HIM)
Home Improvement Mortgage is designed to assist borrowers with financing to undertake renovation and extension works on their existing houses. The target group for this product is existing homeowners and companies who have properties that need renovations or improvements done on them.

CONSTRUCTION FINANCE
Construction Finance as product of FBL will be offered in three (3) different ways (a) Construction finance to the real estate developer (b) Construction finance to the borrower and (c) Construction finance to the customer of the real estate developer. In all cases this facility will be for the construction of homes. The target market for this product is mainly real estate developers.

NON-RESIDENT MORTGAGE PROGRAM
Fidelity’s non-resident mortgage program is targeted towards Ghanaians living abroad. This program is to make it possible for them to be able to finance their housing needs at home. This is “own-a-home-at-home” program.

CORPORATE MORTGAGE
This program is targeted towards corporate Ghana. Companies can apply for such mortgage loans to construct houses for their employees. They can also use such funds to construct or purchase their corporate offices as well.

EXECUTIVE MORTGAGE PROGRAM
This program is targeted at Corporate Chief Executives and their deputies, directors, general managers, senior managers, managers as well as key decision makers in corporate, institutional and governmental sectors as well as self employed individuals and expatriates with longer term of tour of duty who wish to purchase homes in Ghana.
