Fidelity Bank has been adjudged the Best Bank in Customer Care and the first runner-up in IT & Electronic Banking by its cherished customers at the recent Ghana Banking Awards.
The Awards, which seek to celebrate best practices in the Banking industry in Ghana, saw some 25 banks in Ghana competing for honours in Customer Care, IT & Electronic Banking, Retail and Corporate Banking, Corporate Social Responsibility amongst others.
Fidelity would like to say a big ‘Thank you’ to you our cherished customers and partners for helping us win one of the most coveted awards on the night. We are also extremely grateful for your appreciation of our IT Banking platform.
Our bank seeks to deliver an OK + 1 service which allows every customer who walks into our branches or interacts with us a Superior Customer Experience. For us, excellent service should be a basic for each recipient of our service.
Our staff are highly trained and motivated to deliver good quality service in an effortless manner and the ambience of our banking halls bear witness to our pledge to offer service in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
With 27 branches and still counting, we are currently one of the fastest growing banks in the country with the aim to increase our total number to 40 by the end of the year with our Post-bank project.
