Fidelity Capital Partners Limited (FCPL)

 

FCPL is a member of the Fidelity Group. The company was established in February 1997 and commenced business in November 1999 as a Venture Capital/Private Equity Funds Management Company and provider of Corporate Finance Advisory Services.

 

FCPL currently manages two dedicated private equity funds. It is also the local investment partner for two Pan-African Private Equity Funds for Ghana and selected English speaking West African countries. The company currently has a total of US$25 million under management in two dedicated funds.

 

FCPL has a unique crop of local and institutional shareholders including Fidelity Bank, FCPL Management, Swiss Investment Fund for Emerging Markets (SIFEM), Tunin Investment Limited (Tunisia) and the Netherlands Development Finance Organisation (FMO)

Fidelity Securities Limited (FSL)

 

FSL is a professional investment banking firm, wholly owned by Fidelity Bank and a member of the Fidelity Group. The company started operating under the FSL name in January 2011, after a merger between the corporate finance department of Fidelity Bank Limited and Fidelity Asset Management Limited, which operated as a first class asset management firm from 2006.
 
FSL is licensed and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana, and also licensed by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority as one of the few Pension Fund Managers operating in the country.
