Fidelity Capital Partners Limited (FCPL)

FCPL is a member of the Fidelity Group. The company was established in February 1997 and commenced business in November 1999 as a Venture Capital/Private Equity Funds Management Company and provider of Corporate Finance Advisory Services.

FCPL currently manages two dedicated private equity funds. It is also the local investment partner for two Pan-African Private Equity Funds for Ghana and selected English speaking West African countries. The company currently has a total of US$25 million under management in two dedicated funds.

FCPL has a unique crop of local and institutional shareholders including Fidelity Bank, FCPL Management, Swiss Investment Fund for Emerging Markets (SIFEM), Tunin Investment Limited (Tunisia) and the Netherlands Development Finance Organisation (FMO)

Fidelity Asset Management Limited (FAML)

FAML is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity Bank. FAML was licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2004 and commenced business in November 2005. FAML provides fund management and investment advisory services to corporate bodies, clubs and associations as well as high net worth individuals. FAML currently manages a portfolio of provident funds and other collective investment schemes. The company has grown steadily over the last four years and is expected to add brokerage, securities trading and custodial services to its line of business.
