2) What does online banking cost? - Online Banking is free when you have a Fidelity Bank account.
3) What does it cost to pay my bills online? - Once you are enrolled in online banking, there is no fee for bill pay.
4) What can I do with online banking?
5) How can I check my balances and transactions? – First, Sign up for online banking. If you have not established an online account. Once signed in, you can check balances under the Accounts Overview tab or view transaction information under Account Activity.
6) How can I access my account? – Using Online banking, you can access to your Fidelity Bank personal checking, savings, money market, loan, mortgage, line of credit, certificate of deposit (CD), individual retirement account (IRA), credit card and most business checking accounts. You can also transfer funds and receive and pay bills online.
7) How can I print a statement of my checking account? – When you sign onto online banking, you can view or print your statement by selecting "View Paper Statement" from the Account Activity, Account Summary, or the Customer Service screens. Once the desired statement is displayed, simply select File and Print for Text formatted statements or the Printer icon within Adobe Acrobat for PDF formatted statements.

1) How do I check my balance by phone? - To check your balance by phone, call the customer service numbers listed on your checking statement or the corresponding state number below: 021 245850.
2) How do I apply for an account phone? - You can open an account by contacting Customer Service at 1.800.900.9000, seven days a week, 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
3) How can I open an account?
You can open an account easily from anywhere in the world. Simply phone, fax, write, send an E-mail.
4) How do I operate my account.? - Again, you can operate your account in person by phone, fax, or writing, subject to prior security arrangements. On opening your account, the bank will send you the account details. Should you desire, we can arrange to issue you a cheque book.
5 Are my funds safe?
Your funds will secure with us. We operate a financial Institution based on solid and transparent corporate governance. We are also closely monitored by the Bank of Ghana to ensure that we abide by the Banking regulations of Ghana.
6) How can I transfer funds to my account? - You can transfer funds to your account through acceptable banks, financial institutions and intermediaries world wide.

ATM Cards
5) What is the difference between a check card and an ATM card ? - A Fidelity Bank Check Card is the ATM card that you can use to pay for purchases directly from your checking account - without spending time writing a check. You can use it wherever Visa debit cards are accepted. You can also use your Check Card to withdraw cash, get account balances, and transfer funds at any Fidelity Bank ATMs. An ATM card is a 24-hour banking card for use at ATM machines and anywhere ‘Plus’ and ‘Honor’ cards are accepted.
6) How can I apply for a check card? - Once you open a new Fidelity Bank checking account, you are eligible to receive a Check Card. If you already have a Fidelity Bank checking account, you can request a Check Card at no charge online or via telephone at 021 245 850 from 8:00 a.m.. You will receive your new Check Card in 7-10 business days.
7) How do I request a new ATM card or PIN? - Call the Fidelity Bank Customer Service number listed on the back of your statement. Customer Service is available seven days a week -from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
8) What are the fees for using an ATM card? – Fidelity Bank customers can withdraw cash with their Fidelity Bank Check Card or ATM Card without a fee at nearly 16,500 Fidelity Bank ATMs Fidelity Bank may assess a fee for some transactions performed at ATMs operated by others and the ATM operator may charge an additional fee for cash withdrawals.
